I tried multiple ways to get it to stick and suction but it wasn’t strong enough, my puppies are 15 weeks old and pulled it right up. So I ended up cutting it and just using the ball which is great thoughThis was great for 1 day I used the sticky clear plastic that help the suction cup suction to the floor cause our tile was uneven which worked well, I originally thought that the rope was going to be a little stretchy so it could bounce back when my dog pulled on it but it was real stiff but provided my dog some entertainment until he was able to get the suction cup of the floor and chewed it so we can no long stick it to the floor but now he just runs around with the ball rope and chewed up cup.It was great for the first 6 days....on day 7 she chewed up the part that suctions to the floor and tore it up.My golden retriever had the rope torn up in an hour. The suction cup never worked. We still have the ball so it was not a total lossMaybe I should of did more research. The toy is nice. It makes sounds and has a spot to put in treats. That's about the only thing good about it. The bungee is very short and only about 3ft. The tension for the bungee is way to strong. I say this because the part that screws into the ground is plastic. It should be steel coated in something. I'm really afraid that Plastic piece is going to snap when the dog plays with it. What would make this better is a longer bungee with less tension on it along with a steel ground stake. Plastic doesn't hold up to the sun and trying to screw that into clay soil is a pain and or not likely.Great idea - but it all came apart within 3 days.This item is not durable at all. The rope that attaches the ball to the suction cup is not elastic and therefore doesn't all the dog to play a tug-of-war game. My dog had the whole contraption pulled off the floor in no time (and yes I used the sticky pad). Also, after my dog chewed through the rope and the suction cup it was time to clean thr sticky pad from the floor. What a task. The paper pulled up but left the sticky residue on the floor which took a good part of 30 minutes to get off. I would NOT recommend this item.I love the toy it was great for my dogs teeth however it does not suction to anything I’ve tried sticking it on flat surfaces such as wood glass the specials laminate flooring tiles the bathroom the bathroom tub it won’t work does not stick for me!
