These toys are great. They keep my dog occupied. The single item packaging is difficult but these are terrible. It’s a design flaw.We have always used these toys for our Golden Retriever, as she has a habit of destroying most toys within an hour. These are her favorites by far, and she can't get enough! Highly recommend.My dogs go crazy for these! They last and give them a tasty chew toy! Best ever!My dogs love these! While they each have one, they will take one and play tug of war with it.I'm not sure if it really cleans my dogs teeth but it gives him a nice distraction. Last a few days for him. It's his favorite toy.These are very hard to find stuffed in the store. They're out of them more than stocked with them. Usually I get the very small mini ones. Never have they had a double pack. I ordered I think five or six of these. My dogs love to chew on them and take the center out of them that's supposed to be bacon, they didn't smell like bacon but boy they had a very pleasant smile to them. I only wish I could get a hold of the manufacturer, and ask why in the world do they have it packaged in that really hard plastic I spend quite a while trying to get the dog on thing openOur dogs love these. They consistently choose this even when they have plenty of other toys and bones to choose from. We highly recommend.My chi loves these ! Usually lasts a full week.My dog isn’t an avid chewer, so I figured this would be a good thing to get her. Within five minutes of her starting to chew, the plastic began breaking off in pieces! How unsafe is a dog chew toy, that it breaks when the dog chews on it like advertised?Avoid this product at all costs. Unsafe and a waste of money. It was tossed in the trash the next day.If I could give this a zero star rating, I would.I'll start off by saying If they sold a product of just the middle of this chew toy, I would buy it. But If I could give this product a -10 I would. I bought the one for large dogs and my dog is only a medium. She loved the flavor but chewed through the plastic within minutes. And the plastic breaks off into chucks that your dog can swallow.If you love your dog DO NOT buy this product.Sorry Hartz for the bad review, but I do not want to see a dog going to the vet because of thisBoth of my dogs, a 10 year old and a 2 month old love these equally. The inside bacon flavoured bit won't last that long until it's completely chewed out, and they destroy the plastic pretty quickly, but they are cattle dogs and they eat rocks.I keep seeing reviews about the plastic being chewable - I suppose if your dog isn't used to chewing plastic then this is a bad thing, but you know your dog, just bear those other reviews in mind. This is tough, but a chewing dog is going to break it into pieces and probably eat them.For the price of less than $3, I find these fine for letting them destroy them, eat the inside and then just throw the bits away!Hopefully, somebody finds this helpful.My two Pugs have always lived them!!! My Vet even asked what I was doing to have my dogs have such clean teeth and though I was brushing their teeth!!! I did try that (brushing their teeth a while ago and they hated it which almost looked like a wrestling match!! Haha!)! So my Vet said to keep buying those as they do a great job!!! ☺️ They are durable but you still have to keep an eye once in a while to make sure they are not breaking pieces that they could eat...! Mine did eat tiny pieces without me noticing ahead of time but they were still ok..! ??? Would still not recommend they eat those bones as the exterior is not meant to be edible!! Plus the retail price at regular stores is like 8$ each plus taxes where this current deal on Amazon is amazing!!! They say the large size is for larger dogs but my 18 pounds Pugs use the large ones no problem!!! They do have a bit of a bacon breath afterwards but I find it’s better than having bad doggy breath! Hehe!I adopted a puppy who likes to chew, but she hasn't been too intense with this toy. The brown parts are flavoured and (I assume) edible. The orange/colored parts are plastic. So, while chewing, she is biting into the plastic. It isn't coming apart yet, but if your dog is a strong chewer, I'd definitely supervise.
