I like that it helps keep my dogs doing something but I dislike the smell it came with doesnt smell like bacon almost smells like vanilla I got the large one and when I got it the package says for dogs 50lbs and up but my german shepherd is only 38 lbs and she enjoys playing with it after 15mins of chewing on it I take it away wash it and put in container till next timeMy 5 year old German Shepherd loved th his fir a few days...until she managed to get all of the Center treat out and eaten. She still, occasionally, will chee on it fir a few minutes. I had hoped the treat part would be more difficult for her to get out.Great for teething puppies. Doesn't break apart easily like other teething toys. Both big and small dogs enjoy chewing this chew toy. Definitely recommendLove, love, love it. My Brandee loves it too. She plays with it all the time. It even has a scent like bacon, also has an edible part. At first I thought she was tearing it up ? but then I read the package and was like... That's so ?I've bought a lot of bones since we adopted our puppy 2 months ago, and she loves to chew, but this one is her favorite. She'll bypass any and every toy to get to this one. I'm buying more of these since they make her so happy. She's super destructive with her puppy chewing but this one has held up well.This is the ONLY chew toy I'll give my dogs. I have a Shih Tzu and have heard this breed can have teeth problems. My vet told me he has the best teeth he's seen! I credit this toy for that! After reading a couple of reviews the only thing I agree on is the smell. I find it very hard to believe a yorkie mix could have shattered this toy in minutes. I have an Akita also and between the two of them (chewing on the same toy!) it lasts for months...and my Shih Tzu chews on it constantly! Not saying that there's not the occasional one that's not made as well but that's not been my experience. The smell is worth the money it's saving me on dental cleanings! I only wish I could find it in stores!I have a real chewer. She prefers the wood on my deck, but I HAD hoped this would replace it. Unfortunately it does not appear to be working, but that is not under the sellers control.I bought this for my "grand" dogs. The boston terrier had the treat middle out in an afternoon. The next day half of the blue rubber teething section was scattered around in bits. It's a good price but not the best for aggressive chewers.Ingredients are corn starch, maltitol, etc. etc. ie sugar. This is the opposite of what is good for anyone’s teeth. I offered it to my dog anyway to see what he’d think, and he didn’t like it. Sniffed it once and left it alone (didn’t even pick it up). Also, the packaging was brutal (thick plastic molded around the toy). I cut myself trying to open it. I appreciate the effort but this one is not for us.I expecting this product will not be broken but my 3 mos. old puppy she did eat the corner of this product and she chew and the Side of the kind of rubber that she can chew. This is not a safe chew toy. I called the Hartz company and complain about this product. This will only be good for gentle puppy chewers.not recommended for moderate chewers.the kind of rubber can be chewed and before she swallow this product. I have to throw away. If you buy this product needed to supervise your puppy. Hartz company sent me a coupon.Dog loves this chew toy. Bought this brand specifically because his other Hartz rubber squeeky bone lasted two years before squeeker broke and it was a favourite of his. Tried taking the new toy to see how much he liked it and he grabbed it with paws and mouth to stop me. Would like more offerings from this brand.Bought this for my chihuahua’s second birthday, and she is OBSESSED! The rubber ends make it more fun for her to play with as EVERYTIME she throws it, it bounces and makes it more entertaining for her. Definitely worth the purchase and I will be re-purchasing when she needs a new oneMy beagles LOVE these bones! I have one boy who will chew on everything in sight so these are a saviour! I guess it smells great to them, they go nuts when I open up the packages. I highly recommend them, and so do the boys!
